The hammer loop can only be positioned in the MIDDLE of the back where it can slap against BOTH legs as you walk. I don't think anyone at Bucket Boss has ever actually USED this product, or talked to anyone who did.The suspender straps slip under the weight of the tools, so the pouches and belt pull your pants down. There are very few places you can put a screwdriver, a pair of wire strippers, pliers, etc., where they will stay and can easily be returned to the same point for future use. The suspenders only attach to rings on the pouches, so you can't position them where you want them on the belt. The belt is flimsy, so it can't support the weight of the pouches or the hammer loop. I am BIG with a 44 inch waist, If I hook the front suspenders to one side of each pouch and the backs to the other side, the suspenders end up running horizontally across my back and pulling the pouch around to my side too far. And because the suspenders slip, the whole assembly is soon around my knees.The suspenders are padded and comfortable, making the weight easy to carry, but because they can't maintain proper length, I have to keep adjusting them--not easy with the backs.If I knew then, what I know now, I would have picked some other tool belt than this one.
My husband has been a carpenter for 25+ years and he loves his new belt. It is very comfortable and holds all he needs.
Second the plastic buckle for the belt is a bit cheap but can be replaced easily enough if broken. The bags are able to be switched for right or left handers.
This one is a hit. When it comes to rigs they are hit or miss.
Their is a lot of flexibility with all the pockets provided. The suspenders are comfortable and they attach to the bags nicely.
The whole rig is set up from bang to buck to be comfortable, practical, useful and economical all in one. The only two downsides I saw were one the hammer placement in back, for me it is fine but others may or may not like it.

I think this is an awesome product, especially for the price. this is some junky nylon folding-tension-device-thingy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the belt is kinda lame. I'd like to have a large padded belt with velcro and a normal buckle. the suspenders and toolbags are all pretty cool.I say that, based on looks and one try-on. I have yet to put a single tool in the bags (as mentioned, I don't do any "work" that would require more than a mouse or keyboard, I thought this would be nice to have just-in-case).
I made my old tool belt and it lasted over 20 years and I LIKED IT. The pockets are sewn to a tapper so the bottoms of all compartments fill up with dirt, saw dust and debrie. You better order rivets with this as you will be rivetting everything back together and also securing bags and hammer holder in place as they slid around to easily. I carry on average over #30 of tools continually on roofs, through studs, over hill and dale. But if you are a tradesman, these will drive you nuts. This tool belt just dosen't fit the bill. I working in the trades as a framer and concrete contractor and I know how important a tool belt is: needs to accomedate your tools snugly, conveniently and accessable as well as comfortable. Tool compartments are to deep for tools and sewn flat so its hard to impossible to get tools out.
Started falling apart right away and is designed for a #300 8 foot tall person. Way to much web length and the buckles and clips break as they are plastic and pot metal. Overall, I do not see how they build these for the price. Expect to do a lot of improvising and repurchase within a year as they just do not cut it.at least for me.
